24 weeks... starting to sound really progressed now!
Been a good couple of weeks. Very productive, we have had new carpets put down in our bedroom and the baby room so now we are in the process of actually beginning to sort things out. I will definitely be putting some pictures up of our progress. The cot should even be going up soon although I know it's a little early I'm just too excited to wait and just want everything perfect for when she arrives.
The eating has slowed down a tad. But still VERY capable of overeating even though it causes me a serious amount of pain afterwards! Me and Mr H went to Wagamamas last week which is my most favourite place in the world, it was an opening soft launch night so the meal was on the house and included two sides. I was in a concerning amount of pain after that meal, like walking back to the car was a genuine problem. So trying my best to give myself smaller portions and not be so greedy. Still not craving anything in particular, Sometimes I'll see something or think of something that I really want but don't feel like its a craving and it doesn't last long...
My bump is progressing nicely, my belly button is getting flatter and flatter by the day... dreading it popping out. Sam is fascinated by it. Always fiddling with it.
Lots of movement now, not all day every day but pretty regularly. Which sometimes I do a little fake moan about but secretly its pretty awesome. I really want to capture some kicks on camera because I know when it's a big one you can really see it but it seems whenever I get my phone out to start filming she decides to stop. Watched pot never boils and all that. I have my friends hen do this weekend so I can't wait to let all my friends have a good old feel. Drunk girls love a baby bump from what I've seen so I'm sure I'll get a lot of attention!
I got to meet my lovely friends baby last week and have a little cuddle. First time holding a baby since I've been pregnant. Such a cutie, Felt quite surreal that I'd have one in just four months. Can't wait to meet mine and see what she looks like and look at her for the first time. Feeling impatient as always but trying to concentrate on enjoying this part of pregnancy.
Still the same negatives: lots of back pain when I've been sitting or standing too long. Only a bath really sorts that out. And the night time toilet trips are still pretty prominent. The worse thing about them is the one about 6.00am sometimes keeps me up till I have to get up for work :( but considering I'm not too tired during the day and go to bed at a normal time. I think it's your bodies way of getting you used to less sleep so I guess you just have to take it on the chin.
Going to start reviewing anything I have been using/buying... Won't obviously be able to do some items until baby is here but anything pregnancy related I shall be giving my opinion on so watch this space <3
